At Famspace, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We are happy to offer returns or exchange within 7 days for any items that you have purchased at our website.

Returns:

  • If the wrong product was delivered to you, or if it arrived defective or damaged, kindly reach out to the seller to discuss the return process.

  • If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you may also contact the seller to discuss the return process.

  • As there are no exchanges on Famspace, customers who would like to change their product will be required to place a new order on our website.

  • The amount paid for the returned product (excluding shipping) will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order 5 – 7 days after the product has been returned and received by the seller.

  • Shipping fee paid by the customer will not be credited.

  • Please ensure that the item(s) returned is/are in its original packaging with no other damages or defects.

  • If 7 days have gone by after the delivery date, unfortunately, the item(s) will not be eligible for return.

  • Any cost(s) incurred from the return of item(s) will be borne by either the customer or the seller, depending on the agreement and arrangement between both parties.

  • Fresh produce and live plants are not eligible for returns.

  • We highly recommend checking with the seller on the product’s eligibility for return prior to purchasing as there may be certain products that do not qualify for the return.

  • Please note that discounted items sold are final and cannot be returned.
