At Famspace, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We are happy to offer returns or exchange within 7 days for any items that you have purchased at our website.
Returns:
If the wrong product was delivered to you, or if it arrived defective or damaged, kindly reach out to the seller to discuss the return process.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you may also contact the seller to discuss the return process.
As there are no exchanges on Famspace, customers who would like to change their product will be required to place a new order on our website.
The amount paid for the returned product (excluding shipping) will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order 5 – 7 days after the product has been returned and received by the seller.
Shipping fee paid by the customer will not be credited.
Please ensure that the item(s) returned is/are in its original packaging with no other damages or defects.
If 7 days have gone by after the delivery date, unfortunately, the item(s) will not be eligible for return.
Any cost(s) incurred from the return of item(s) will be borne by either the customer or the seller, depending on the agreement and arrangement between both parties.
Fresh produce and live plants are not eligible for returns.
We highly recommend checking with the seller on the product’s eligibility for return prior to purchasing as there may be certain products that do not qualify for the return.
Please note that discounted items sold are final and cannot be returned.
